‘Lottery’ succeeds to attract cinemagoers

Due to Public demand for newly screened movie ‘Lottery’, the number of cinema theaters showcasing the flick have been increased from 33 to 55.

Directed by Mohammad-Hossein Mahdavian, ‘Lottery’ succeeded to rake 1,603,710,000 Rials at the ticket window just after 3 days of screening. 55 cinema theaters are to screen the flick in the following days.

“Amirali and Nooshin want to get married but their families disagree. They decide to remain patient. They have dreams about winning US Foreign Ministry lottery for Green Card,” a short synopsis of the flick read.

To give his audience a mental image, Mahdavian says that his movie is about protective men. He explains how this theme is dominant in his new work. The protagonist of the movie is in pursuit of finding the right way and to do the right thing.

Among the actors who star in the movie are Hamid Farrokhnejad, Mohammad Javad Ezzati, Saed Soheili, Hadi Hejazifar, Nader Soleimani, Mehdi Zaminpardaz and Ziba Karam-Ali.
